SHIPPING DETAILS
We can currently offer you a delivery time of between 7 and 15 days after your purchase.
Due to the increasing volume of orders, there may be delays at the moment. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery time or the processing of our carriers, so unexpected delays may occur in the shipment and delivery of your order. We ask for your indulgence and patience.
We also try to keep CO2 emissions as low as possible during transport. That's why we offer free shipping on orders over $100.
If you order only one piece, you will be charged a $9 shipping fee.

RETURN
To return your product, send us an e-mail to info@e-liness.store, and we'll provide you with the shipping address.
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
SHIPMENTS NOT RECEIVED, TRACKING SHOWS THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED
This can happen when items are sent to workplaces. In some cases, your shipment may have been delivered to a post office or a colleague at your company and someone else has signed for it.
In these cases, you can request proof of delivery on the delivery service's website by filling in a signature request form.
Please note that we will not refund or replace shipments tracked as delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you have your shipments delivered to a secure address.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
If your order has been cancelled unexpectedly, it is likely that our fraud filter has flagged your order as fraudulent. If you're sure this isn't the case, check that the billing address matches the payment method you're using and proceed to checkout again. You can also order again.
